TREVOR REVOY

Trevor began his career in the hockey world as a scout and "eye in the sky" coach with the Lindsay Muskies of the OJHL, where he spent two years learning the intricacies of junior hockey. He then joined Scout.ca, serving as their Head ETA Scout for nearly three years, which allowed him to deepen his understanding of the OHL and the pathways to reaching that level.

Motivated to expand his experience, Trevor transitioned to coaching with the Central Ontario Wolves, where he gained valuable behind-the-scenes knowledge of minor hockey. After two years, he joined the Peterborough Petes U18 program, which marked the first year the U18 program partnered with the OHL Peterborough Petes as an affiliate. During this time, Trevor had the opportunity to collaborate with former NHL players, current OHL coaches and scouts, and work with future OHL and NCAA prospects.

With this wealth of experience, Trevor founded RBA to share his expertise and insights with aspiring players, helping them navigate their hockey journeys and reach their full potential.
